Joint Administrators – Richard Fleming, Michael McLoughlin and Ian Corfield
Richard Fleming, Mick McLoughlin and Ian Corfield were appointed as Joint Administrators of First Quench Retailing Limited, (trading as “Threshers”, “Wine Rack”, “Haddows”, “The Local”, “Bottoms Up” and “Victoria Wines”), on the 29th October 2009.
General Update
With the exception of 100 or so stores that were sold as going concerns all of the remaining stores have now closed and First Quench Retailing Limited is no longer trading.
Property information
In respect of property sales, the Administrators are currently completing the sale of a number of the company’s leasehold property interests and all other properties have been offered for surrender to the landlords. If you have not already had an offer accepted we can confirm that the company has no further property assets to sell.
