| With the exception of 100 or so stores that were sold as going concerns all of the remaining stores have now closed and First Quench Retailing Limited is no longer trading. |

| In respect of property sales, the Administrators are currently completing the sale of a number of the company’s leasehold property interests and all other properties have been offered for surrender to the landlords.
